The website and the product "Стожер" are provided by ДСУ БЛЕКСМИТ ДООЕЛ Скопје.

Prices and offers

The prices displayed on the website are for informational purposes only and are not binding. The final price is confirmed by a written offer. Prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified.

License and delivery

The license for Стожер is issued upon payment to our bank account. Стожер is on-premises software that runs on your equipment. The use of the software is governed by a separate license agreement.

Intellectual property

The content of the website and the "Стожер" software are protected and are the property of ДСУ БЛЕКСМИТ ДООЕЛ Скопје. Copying, modification, or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You undertake not to use the site in an unlawful manner, not to compromise its security, and not to collect data from it automatically without permission.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.

Governing law
